Times Square

Founding manager and curator of the new public art program in Times Square, 42nd Street and the Broadway Theater District between 2008-2011.  This NYC BID – Times Square Alliance, with a $10 million annual budget, cleans and secures the streets for the 350,000 daily visitors, and produces major events such as New Years Eve and Broadway on Broadway.     Established the program guidelines, organized art advisors committee and workshops, held two open calls with 400 applicants and implemented 30 installations and events in Times Square.  Responsible for all parts of the program including public relations, staff supervision, installation and fundraising.  Click here for recent projects produced by Times Square Arts.
